We are located right after the registration when you enter from skywalk bridge. If you park your car in disability parking. you can get the shuttle to get to our booth.

How do I reserve a scooter for the RV Show?
  1. Choose your rental dates.
  2. Pick the scooter you would like.
  3. Click “Add to Cart”.
  4. Sign our release of liability waiver and rental agreement.
  5. Complete payment.

**Please understand that we can't guarantee that the specific scooter you choose will be available.

Where can I pick up my rental scooter?

Your scooter will be ready for pick up at 9:00 am EST from our Booth # 518, which is located next to the registration booth at Skywalk Bridge. ** Please note, your rental will be held until 2:00 pm EST. If you're running late, just give us a call and let us know.

What do I need to bring to pick up the scooter?

You’ll need to bring a piece of government-issued photo ID, which remains with our staff and will be returned to you when the scooter is returned to our Booth.

Can I rent a scooter on the premises?

All mobility scooters are on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to reserve the rental in advance. We would be sad to turn you away if we have no scooters/wheelchairs available to rent to you.

Can I take the scooter home if I rent it for multiple days?

You can rent a scooter for multiple days but you are not permitted to take the scooter outside the RV Show premises. You must return the scooter before the end of the day. We will charge the scooter battery and get it all ready for your second day ride.

Can I change my reservation dates?

Due to a limited inventory of scooters, we cannot promise. Just let our team know of the changes and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes, You can cancel your reservation 24 hours before the show for a full refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@mobilitons.com.

Please note - reservations are held until 1 pm unless communicated that you are running late. For no-show-ups or latecomers (after 1 pm EST), no refund will be provided.
