Standard Shipping
Standard ground shipping is FREE for all orders $49 and over in the continental United States. Heavier items, however, are excluded from our free shipping policy (please see a list of heavier items below). Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. Most orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS Ground and arrive on your doorstep within 3-5 business days. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
- Delivery surcharges still apply to rural zip codes and to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Free shipping is not valid for international locations.
Orders placed on the Mobilitons website will be confirmed/approved and shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is a delay in shipping or a question concerning your order, we will attempt to contact you by telephone, email, or both. In order to avoid incorrect shipments, we will delay shipping your order until all questions are resolved.
Delivery Timelines
Although we ship the orders within 1-2 business days. Shipping carriers offer an expected delivery date on their website but it is possible that they may not be able to deliver the package within that time frame.
Extreme Weather Impact on Delivery
Sometimes due to extreme weather conditions, your packages may not get delivered by the expected date shown on the shipping carrier's website or as mentioned on our website. Packages are picked up and delivered manually and bad weather conditions (at the pickup location or delivery location) could cause additional delays.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Pennsylvania, and the online order system will estimate sales tax at 6%. Customers outside of the state of Pennsylvania shall be solely responsible for any sales tax or other taxes that may be imposed as a result of purchasing products from this website.
